Dear Parishioners,I am happy to present to you the Annual Report for 2023-2024, which may sound strange as you look at the big red number below, and as you recall last year’s big red number as well. The reason I am happy to present this to you is that I believe fully in transparency and its importance to our work. Also, transparency allows us to face our reality together and move forward with the Holy Spirit into God’s will. However, I want to emphasize, money is not the sole indicator or interpretation of what the lord is desiring. I am actually not terribly concerned about our situation, primarily because I see every potential for turning the tide. We can take this information and succumb to despair, or we can take this information with faith in God’s plan for us and respond to the Lord’s will after asking for help through prayer. I trust the Lord, and from my experience I have every certitude that the Lord will bring us through. Let us take this information as invitation to surrender to God’s will and be open to what the Lord is calling us to. Jesus, we trust in you!
