Two Theology on Tap Opportunities!
June 4Save the date for our quarterly Theology on Tap at the Blue Star Cafe and Pub in Wallingford. Fr. Bryan will be speaking on the topic, "The Bible: What it is and how to use it".

Group Volunteer Opportunity: Serve a Meal to Our Homeless Neighbors
The St. Vincent de Paul Sunday Meal Program at Blessed Sacrament Church in the U-District is looking for volunteers. Every Sunday the meal program serves a warm meal to 300+ homeless and at risk people. This program has been running for over 30 years and brings together a great group of volunteers and guests in a safe environment. This is an excellent first step towards living our call to serve and beginning to learn a little bit about homelessness in Seattle.
There are two dates that are available to serve, Sunday: 5/28/2017 and Sunday: 6/11/2017. The shift runs from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The guests are done eating by 2, leaving 30 minutes to clean up the parish hall.
If there is a large enough interest in this opportunity we can add more opportunities than just the two.
